Fred Valentine was raised in Washington, D.C, and graduated from Gonzaga College Preparatory Jesuit High School. He obtained his commission as a Second Lieutenant from the United States Air Force Academy in 1984.  He attended  Northrop University Law Center is licensed by the California State Bar and is a retired military officer (20 years).  
                                                                                                        As an attorney, he has represented clients and taken cases based upon the merits of the case and needs of the client. He keeps his caseload low to provide the required personal attention and focuses on real estate, estate planning, personal injury, and immigration issues.

Examples of Experience

• Developed, managed, and implemented plan to transfer ownership of closely held family owned business from father to son.
• Mediated bad faith life insurance and personal injury cases and obtained six figure settlement judgment for one client.
• Represented homeowner clients in defective construction trial.
• Represented prospective buyers of home in breach of contract case and obtained six figure judgment.
• Represented clients in bankruptcy trustee proceedings.
• Extensive experience in government contracting.

During his military career he developed an extensive understanding of government regulations and compliance and also developed an innate respect of foreign cultures. He has supported the American warfighter by his support of Operation Iraqi Freedom traveling to Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, the Seychelles Islands, and Djibouti (Africa). He has also traveled to Japan, Mexico, Canada, Spain, and Italy.
